Saving the Planet One Bag at a time

My company has tried to be more earth friendly this year. We are looking into Eco friendly DVD casing, trying to cut down on paper etc...

I discovered recently that two of my friends Mike and Kelly are doing the same thing. They are married and have the cutest little boy. They both decided as I am sure most of you feel out their that they want to leave this planet a better place for their son. I couldn't agree more and felt very moved by their story so I wanted to share it with all of you.

Lower Body Dynamics

Since I have been hired by CIA to create a high energy cardio kickboxing workout. I have decided I will only put out 1 kickbox workout for 2009. So I am removing "Split Decision" from the production line up and replacing it with "Lower Body Dynamics". This will be strictly a lower body resistance training/sculpting workout. The format of this dvd will be posted at a later date. I will be shifting some workouts to different pre-sales. I don't want to film 2 strength workouts in one production day. I will be splitting them up.

So expect to see Split Decision on the future just not in 2009.
